AboutKoreanfood:갈비찜 Boiled Galbi w/ soysauce


It's made with pork or beef. Calf is the best beef for galbi jjim. The old days people called it 'GariJjim' It takes many time to cook Galbi Jjim but it's sweet and soft so I recommend it for people all over the world.

We put soysauce, green onion, garlic, ginger, sugar, sesame oil, pepper into the water with crushed apple. Put galbi into this sauce for a long time. After, boil it on the maximum set, and boil it once again on the minimum for it's taste soft. Mix galbi more with sauce to taste better.
