AboutKoreanfood:숭늉Nu-rungji Tang(Dried Rice Soup / crust of overcooked rice soup)


Nurungji tang also known as Sung-Knewng , it's very east to cook and it can turn into the various kinds. Also, nurungji is very popular so it's exported to western countries, I read an article. In the world, bulgogi, bibimbab...there's so many kinds of korean traditional foods but I think also nurungji would get popular.

1) How to make nurungji.

Pour water 30g on the frypen and put rice on the frypen.

Put it on the minimum and grill it for 40min , front and back,

2) Nurungji Tang, how to make it!
Put nurungji in to the pot and boil it with water.
