AboutKoreanfood:두루치기du-ru-chi-gi


Duruchigi is Korean Traditional Food that made with beef or pork, clam, squid, various kinds of vegetable , boil it together in water. It can be the centre of Jjigae(guk/soup) and Bbokeum(fried one). Duruchigi has it's own kind from different cities, GyeongSangDo, JeonRaDo, ChungCheongDo. The title is only the same, but the recipe is very different.

However, it usually classify as the ingredients, pork duruchigi, tofu duruchigi, cook prok(sam-gyeop sal) duruchigi, squid duruchigi, chicken duruchigi.
